To place an order, simply browse our website, select the products you wish to purchase, add to your cart, view cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your customer information, shipping address and payment information to complete your order.

Once your order has been shipped (collected by the courier company), you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the courier providers website. 

You need to contact us before your order has been dispatched, once your order has been dispatched you will be required to pay an additional delivery fee to change the delivery address.

Yes, all payments are secure through Peach Payments. Your credit card details are never stored.

Once your order has been placed, we will pack and prepare your order for collection by the courier company within 48 hours (provided that the products are in stock). The courier company will collect and deliver your order in the next 3 – 7 days depending on your location.
