Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Xtreme Shopping. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.

1. General Returns Process:

  • Customers must request a return by sending an email to info@xtremeshopping.co.za.
  • Once the email is received, customers will be directed on the next steps.
  • Kindly use a traceable courier service when returning a product to us, as all returned products remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Xtreme Shopping. 

2. Change of Heart Returns:

  • Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a product due to a change of heart.
  • The product must be unused, unopened and in its original saleable condition/ packaging.
  • If there is evidence of product use or modification, we reserve the right not to process a refund.
  • Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs.
  • The refund will exclude the initial and return shipping cost.

3. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Products:

  • Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product.
  • In this instance, Xtreme Shopping will arrange for the product to be collected.
  • If the product is available, we will replace it and ship it to the customer.
  • If the product is not available, then we will issue a full refund.

4. Exclusions

No returns permitted on clearance sale products.

The following will not be regarded as defects:

  • Faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
  • Damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
  • Damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion;
  • Damage arising a failure to adequately care for the product;
  • Damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product;
  • Where the specifications of a product and its intended purpose, do not suit you;
  • And in relation to unboxed deals or used products, any signs of handling and/or repackaging.

Non-Returnable Products:

  • Products which comprise of food stuff, beverages or other goods intended for everyday consumption.
  • Where the products are personalized or made according to the customers specifications.
  • Where the products are perishable or will expire rapidly.
  • Where wrong clothing or shoe sizes have been ordered.
  • Where the products by reason of their nature cannot be returned.
  • If audio, video recordings or any form of computer software are either used or if the seal on the storage media is broken.
  • The sale of reading material regardless of its form.
